Launch of a new IARC free learning path!

“Introduction to Cancer Prevention and Early Detection”

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) is pleased to announce the launch of a new freely accessible learning resource on cancer prevention and early detection on a dedicated platform on the IARC Learning portal.

This self-paced learning path, developed by IARC scientists and the Learning and Capacity-Building Branch, will take participants through various resources, such as videos, e-learning modules, and quizzes, which cover the basic concepts and principles related to cancer prevention and early detection. At the end of the online learning path, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Completion of this learning path will be a prerequisite for people who wish to apply to the hybrid training programme of the IARC Summer School 2023 module on “Implementing Cancer Prevention and Early Detection”. (Applications for the Summer School 2023 will open in mid-November 2022).

To be informed about the opening of applications for the IARC Summer School and other IARC learning opportunities, subscribe to the IARC Newsletter.
